Adabi Pedas [Hot & Tangy] Paste

Cooking Instructions: heat 1bsp of oil, saute 1 packet of pedas until oil appears. Pour in 250ml water, stir and boil. Put in 200g fish, 3 piece of okra, 4 stalks laksa leaf. Lower heat and simmer for 2 mins. Serve hot.
Suitable types of fish include sting ray, mackerel or herring. You can sub laksa leaf for kaffir lime leaf.
Ingredients: dried chilli, shallot, garlic, tamarind, shrimp paste, ginger, turmeric, salt, cooking oil, flavour enhancer.
