Adabi Tom Yum Paste
Cooking Instructions: heat 500ml water in pot, add tom yam paste with 150g meat, chicken etc cut into small pieces. Stir and boil until tender. To cook prawn tom yam use boiled prawn and rain seperatly as the prawn stock can affect the tom yam flavour. Add 5 cloves of cauliflower and boil until cooked. Ready to serve.
Ingredients: dried chillies, shallot, lemongrass, tamarind, lime juice, msg, citric acid, sugar, salt.
