Clear White Rice Vinegar

Prepared from rice by fermentation. Clear Rice Vinegar is less acidic and milder in flavour than regular vinegar. There is also a hint of sweetness that comes from the rice. Can be used for pickles, sweet & sour cooking and dipping.
