Blue Dragon Chinese Curry Cooking Sauce
A Singaporean inspired chinese curry sauce. Mildly spiced.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Chinese Rice Vinegar, Tomato Purée, Vegetable Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Curry Powder (2%) (Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Fenugreek, Chilli, Ginger, Fennel, Rice Flour), Onion Powder, Light Soy Sauce (contains Wheat and Soya), Chinese Five Spice, Spices, Salt, Citric Acid.
Recipe: Chicken in Chinese Curry Sauce - serves 4
3 chicken breasts - diced, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and stir fry until the meat is sealed and browned (approx 5 minutes).
2. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately
