Bolst Mild Curry Powder 400g packet

Cooking Direction:

Use one dessert spoonful of curry powder for every pound of meat, fish or poultry

Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil, ghee

Add one sliced onion, then the required quantity of curry powder, stir and allow to brown

Add meat, fish or poultry and cook briskly for about five minutes

Pour in a cup of water, add salt to taste, reduce heat and allow to simmer until meat is tender and cooked
