Bolsts Achar Lime Pickle

Made by the now famous Bolst family in Bangalore. Quality pickles, chutneys, powders and pastes since 1932. The word 'Achar' means 'pickle' in Indian.

Use as a relish, in sandwiches or serve as an accompaniment with indian nan bread and rice to add flavour and taste.

Ingredients: lime 60%, water, sesame oil 12%, salt, peanutoil 4%, chilli 4%, mustard, acetic acid, ginger, garlic, turmeric, fenugreek, asafoetida, curry leaves.
