Bolsts Fish Curry Paste
Made by the now famous Bolst family in Bangalore. Quality pickles, chutneys, powders and pastes since 1932. Used to make a traditional spicy fish curry.
PanFried Spiced Fish: Mix 500g fish pieces in 2 tbsp Bolsts Fish Paste - marinate for 15mins - then shallow fry.
Fish Curry: Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a saucepan - then add 2 tbsp Bolsts Fish Paste and 4 tbsp tomato puree and fry - add 1 cup water and then add fish pieces - simmer until cooked.
Ingredients: water, sesame oil, chilli, tomato puree, peanut oil, garlic, mustard, pepper, turmeric, salt, cumin, acetic acid, fenugreek.
