Cardamom Powder (Elachi, Ground Elaichi powder)
Cardamom is called elaichi in Indian.
Cardamom powder is widely used in Indian cooking for curries, rice and especially sweet dishes, ice cream and milk dishes like rasmalai and more.
It is added for flavour and aroma to many exotic rices, vegetables and other richly flavoured dishes.
Ground Cardamom Powder is an easy to use spice powder ingredient. It is often used where you enjoy the taste and aroma of cardamom but do not like to risk biting into a whole cardamom pod!
