Chilli Oil (without dregs)
Quality chilli oil in jar, contains no chilli flakes [dregs] at the bottom. Chili oil makes an excellent accompaniment to noodles, spring rolls and dumpling dishes. Great for dipping and as a side dish.
Ingredients: veg oil, long red chilli, garlic flakes, prefried shallot, dried shrimps, shrimp paste, birdeye chilli, salt, sesame oil, sugar.
