Ideal for oriental cooking and stirfry. Usually added at start and gently fried. A quick and easy way to add chili flavour to your cooking! With the distinctive flavour of preserved fish. Just add a few tsp to any stirfry or dish and cook.
Serve with steamed rice and fresh or boiled vegetables such as cucumber, string beans, cabbage etc.
Store in refrigerator once open.
