Ideal for oriental cooking and stirfry. Usually added at start and gently fried with meat/seafood. A quick and easy way to add chili and basil flavour to your cooking! Just add a few tsp to any stirfry or dish and cook.

Store in refrigerator once open.

Ingredients: fresh red chilli, garlic, sweet basil leaves, soybean oil, salt, sugar, water, kaffir lime, pepper, citric acid.
