Cooking ingredients: cypressa coucous has the advantage of being pre-cooked. Quick Method: for 5 or 6 persons use half kilo of couscous. Empty the contents into a dish and moisten with lukewarm water, allow 10 mins for the cous cous to puff before steaming in a couscous dish or in a strainer on top of a pan. When the steam has penetrated through the couscous empty into a dish and toss with butter or oil. Flavour with stock and serve hot.
