Delivery And Handling
Deliveries are arranged through either Royal Mail or Parcelforce to ensure prompt delivery of your purchased products at the best price. In most cases prices vary depending on the weight of your order.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the order at the shipping address or email us with details of a suitable delivery day before 3pm (as with all couriers they can not guarantee the time of delivery.).
If you have any other special delivery instructions please email us as soon as possible, so we can try to arrange this before despatch. (e.g leave with Neighbour etc)

For orders outside of mainland U.K some flat rate prices are shown on the delivery prices page (above), these will be shown at checkout under 'delivery' but the cost will not be added to the total until after you complete checkout. Any discounts on delivery will also be deducted after checkout. By completing checkout you agree to us charging the correct delivery price (as shown here) to your order before processing.

Schedule
As soon as we receive your order we will begin working on it right away.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and we will try to despatch your order either the same working day if received by 3pm else the next working day.
Delivery can take between 1 - 3 working days to mainland UK and will be delivered between 7.30am and 6pm, depending on destination and method of delivery. European and International delivery times will vary on destination.
In the event of goods being damaged on arrival you must advise the carrier and ourselves immediately. You must check the condition of your goods before signing the Delivery Note. You must refuse delivery and contact us immediately. By signing the delivery note you agree to receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition. Check our terms and conditions
