Dopiaza U Cook Curry Pack
Delicately spiced fairly dry curry, traditionally cooked with peppers. Empty mix in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 1 small chopped onion, 1 small chopped red pepper & salt to taste. Dopiaza is traditionally a dry curry; adjust consistency with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 10mins. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
