Method of Dosa Preparation
Dosa Podi - 2 cups, Water - 3 cups
Boiled Rice - 3 table spoons, salt - 1 tea spoon
Method: Mix all the above ingredients together thoroughly for one minute and keep for 8 to 10 hours, and make delicious dosas.
