Use Ferns Balti Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.

Balti Curry Recipe:
1 large onion finely chopped
1 red pepper chopped
250g chopped tomatoes
100ml water
3 tsp ferns balti curry paste
250g diced lamb
Method: fry the onions until soft, add the ferns curry paste and fry for 3 mins. Add the lamb and seal for about 6 mins. Add tomatoes and simmer for 7 mins, add water and simmer for a further 35 mins. Serve.
