Bhuna Curry Recipe:
200g diced beef
3 tsp ferns bhuna paste
200ml beef stock
handful of chopped coriander
1 tbsp oil
200g chopped tomatoes
1 large onion finely chopped
Method: In a large pan heat the oil, add ferns bhuna paste and stirfry for a few mins. Add the diced beef and fry until browned. Add the chopped onion, beef stock and simmer for 1 hour. Add the tomatoes and simmer for another hour. Sprinkle in the chopped coriander and serve.
