Lamb Biryani Recipe:
2 lamb steaks thinly sliced1
2 tsp oil
150g uncooked basmati rice
4 tbsp water
3 tsp ferns biryani paste
Method: pre heat the oven to 180 degrees/gas mark 4. Stir fry the lamb in a saucepan for 3 mins. Pour in the water, rice and ferns biryani paste and stir well. Bring to the boil, and transfer to an ovenproof dish and cover then place in the oven for 25 mins before serving.
Ingredients: water, chilli powder, refined sunflower oil, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, acetic acid, pepper powder.
