Use Ferns Madras Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.

Madras Curry Recipe:
200g diced chicken
1 onion finely chopped
250g canned chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped coriander
150ml water
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
Method: heat the oil in the pan, fry the chopped onion and diced chicken, add the ferns madras paste and continue to fry for 3 mins. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 mins. Add the water and simmer for 30mins. Once curry has thickened add the yoghurt and chopped coriander. Serve. Try with beef, lamb or prawn!
Ingredients: water, sunflower oil, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, tamarind, cumin powder, split mustard, turmeric powder, whole mustard, acetic acid.
