Tikka Masala Recipe:
2 chicken breasts diced
3 tsp ferns tikka masala paste
250g chopped tomatoes
1 large onion finely chopped
1 tsp fresh chopped coriander
1 tbsp oil
120ml cream
juice of one lemon
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
Method: mix together 2 tsp ferns tikka masala paste and yoghurt. Add the chicken and leave to marinate for two hours. Heat the oil, add onions, add remaining 1 tsp of ferns tikka masala paste, add 100ml water, add chopped tomatoes and add the marinated chicken. Simmer for 20 mins. Add the lemon juice and coriander and cook for another 15 mins, serve.
