Vindaloo Curry Recipe:
3 tsp ferns vindaloo paste
2 diced chicken breasts
1 tbsp oil
4 chopped tomatoes
200ml water
Method: heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and ferns vindaloo paste. Fry for 5 mins and add the chopped tomatoes and water. Simmer for 15 mins. Serve
