Fresh Coriander leaves
(Bunch) -
'Coriander' refers to the whole plant i.e stalk etc. 'Cilantro' refers to the coriander leaves only [spanish word]
Coriander root? Tip: Fresh coriander may have the root intact but always the stem/stalk, Often recipes call for the root but because this is hard to find we always use the lower stem/stalk part of this coriander as a substitute, it provides the same flavour just use a little more.
