Green Thai U COOK Curry Pack (Mild/Medium strength)
Delicate flavour of lemon grass, galangal, lime leaves and coconut.
**You will need a can of coconut milk with this pack.
Empty mix into pan. Add a can (400g) of coconut milk (& optional: a few chopped tomatoes.) Stir well & Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 1 tbsp of sugar. Adjust consistency with a little water if required. Adjust salt & gently simmer uncovered for 5mins.
Ensure fully cooked before serving.
