Kurma U Cook Curry Pack
A traditional sweet coconut cream based curry with a touch of whole spices.
"*You will need Creamed Coconut for this pack.
Empty mix in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Add half block (approx 100g) of creamed coconut, simmer & stir occasionally until dissolved. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar & stir well. Adjust consistency with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5mins.
