Chicken Ginger Masala by Laziza 80g

Ginger chicken Recipe
500-750g boneless chicken in to small pieces
100g yogurt
75g finely sliced fresh ginger
150-200g fresh tomato cut into small pieces
4-6 chopped fresh green chilli - as desired
few green coriander leaf (chopped to garnish)
1 cup or approx 20-30g of ghee or cooking oil
1 sachet Laziza Chicken Ginger Masala
Easy Steps:
In pan add chicken, ginger, and tomatoes. Cover & Cook on a medium to low flame until thick. Now add the ghee/cooking oil and masala mix and stir fry for a few mins.
Add yogurt and green chilli if required and continue to cook until the chicken is tender and ghee/cooking oil separates from masala.
Garnish with the chopped green coriander and serve.
note: try adding 1-2 tbsp of tomato ketchup at the end and cooking for a few mins.
