Light Soy Sauce

150ml by G/P. Light Soy Sauce in an easy to use dispenser bottle. A little thinner in consistency than Dark Soy Sauce and used extensively in oriental cooking incuding seafood dishes. Light soy sauce is often preferred where a dark soy sauce may ruin the appearance and colour of a dish e.g seafood.
