Mama Sita Adobo Marinade

Easy marinade for delicious Adobo.

Cooking Directions: marinate half kg meat [pre-cut into serving portions] in 83ml mama sita adobo marinade for 15 mins. In a suacepan heat 1tbsp oil and saute 1 tbsp crushed garlic, Add meat - 2 pieces at a time - and fry till edges turn golden brown. Pour in marinade cover and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer. Stir occasionally till meat cooked and sauce thickens. Add water if needed and cook, Serve with Rice.
