MDH Shahi Paneer Masala

Authentic spice blend for Paneer Indian cheese curry.
Recipe
Cut 500g paneer in tringular pieces approx 4cm. Make a paste of 100g onions and 120g tomatoes seperately, also blanch peel and grind 10 almonds into a paste adding 1/4 cup water.
In a flat pan heat 50g oil and fry onion paste for 10 mins approx, add tomato puree, and 15g mdh shahi paneer masala, cook for 5 mins, add the almond paste, 1 cup water and the cut paneer
Simmer for 5 mins or till desired consistency, season as required, serve with 1 tsp cream on top.
Tip: paneer can also be added at the last stage if the pieces are first gently fried in oil
