100g by T/S. MSG Monosodium Glutamate should be used discreetly. A pinch is sufficient to enhance the natural flavour of any food that requires 'pepping up'.

You will be surprised to find that a sprinkle of MSG flavour enhancer at the end of cooking will intensify the flavours of even the blendest dish. aka Ve-Tsin, 'essence of taste' & Aji-No-Moto or 'prime element of taste'.
