Miso is a Japanese fermented whole soya food that is well known for its rich, savoury taste and concentrated goodness.

Organic Japanese brown rice miso with carefully selected vegetables to produce a concentrated stock, in an instant easy to use paste form.

Cooking Instructions: Dissolve the contents of one sachet into 500 ml of boiling water to make a delicious, smooth and stock for soups, stews, sauces, rice and grain dishes.

Ingredients: Brown rice miso (whole soya beans, cultured brown rice, sea salt, water), sea salt, carrot purée, water, onion purée, leek purée, kombu sea vegetable extract, kuzu (starch thickener), ginger purée, cold pressed sunflower oil.
