Papaya is a common meat tenderiser due to its papain content which is a natural tenderizer.

Ingredients: papaya, water, salt, soybean oil, preservative sodium metabisulphate and sodium benzoate.

Refrigerate after opening, 3 tsp of papaya paste is sufficient to tenderise kg meat, 2 to 3 tbsp per 1kg minced meat will soften and enhance taste and texture
