Cooking Instructions
1. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 2 cups (300ml.) of water in a cooking pan and cook this mixture and bring to the boil (4 - 5 minutes).
2. Add 400 to 500g of fish of your choice (cut into slices) and 100ml. of thick coconut milk and cook till the fish is completely done and curry becomes thick (5 -7 minutes.)
3. Simmer on a low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, till the fish is completely done. Microwave instruction are on the packet.
