Pataks Bhuna Curry Paste
Pataks Bhuna curry paste is easy to prepare:
1. In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Balti curry paste, add lamb and fry until sealed
3. Add tomato puree and water mix well and cover pan simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes until meat is cooked serve garnished with chopped coriander leaf.
Ingredients: veg oil, water, coriander, salt, concentrated tomato puree, tamarind, cumin, turmeric, maize flour, chiili, paprika, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, sugar, spices, acetic acid, lactic acid
