Pataks Biryani Curry Paste is easy to prepare:
1. In a medium size pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Biryani paste, add vegetables and fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add drained rice, tomatoes and water, mix well cover pan. Simmer on a low heat for 10-12 minutes until rice is cooked and water has evaporated. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaf.
Equally delious with beef, chicken, lamb or prawns
