283g. Pataks Extra Hot Curry Paste is easy to prepare
1. In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Extra Hot curry paste, add lamb and fry until sealed
3. Add tomatoes and water mix well and cover pan simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes until meat is cooked serve garnished with chopped coriander leaf.
Ingredients: veg oil, water, coriander, salt, cumin, concentrated tomato puree, maize flour, turmeric, chilli, tamarind, acetic acid, sugar, ground ginger, garlic powder, citric acid, lactic acid.
