Pataks Korma Curry Paste
290g. Pataks Korma Curry Paste is easy to prepare
1. In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Korma paste, add chicken and fry until sealed
3. Add water mix well and cover pan simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes.
Stir in single cream serve garnished with toasted almonds and chopped coriander leaf (optional). Equally delicious with lamb or vegetables. For a royal korma replace single cream with coconut cream / milk and add 3 whole cardamom pods during cooking.
Ingredients: Water, vegetable oil, desiccated coconut 10%, sugar, concentrated tomato puree, salt, ginger, garlic, coriander 4%, cumin, onion powder, Acetic Acid, turmeric, paprika, maize flour, spices contains mustard, lactic Acid, dried coriander leaf.
