Pataks Madras Curry Paste is easy to prepare!
1. In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Madras curry paste, add beef and fry until sealed
3. Add tomatoes and water mix well and cover pan simmer on a low heat for 40 minutes until the beef is cooked serve garnished with chopped coriander leaf.
Ingredients: Vegetable oil, water, salt, coriander, tamarind, cumin 5%, turmeric, chilli 4%, maize flour, ground ginger, garlic powder, spices contains mustard, acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid.
