Pataks Tandoori Curry Paste is easy to prepare!
1. Mix together the oil, Pataks Tandoori Curry Paste and yogurt with the chicken pieces.
2. Marinate meat for a few hour or overnight for a fuller flavour. Bake chicken uncovered in oven at 180c/350f/ gas mark 4 until cooked.
3. spread some yoghurt onto chapatti / tortilla add cooked chicken, coriander and salad leaves, wrap and serve. Equally delicious with fish, lamb or prawns.
