Pataks Tikka Curry Paste is easy to prepare.
1. Mix tikka paste, oil and yoghurt with chicken pieces, marinate for a few hours or overnight.
2. bake chicken uncovered in oven 180 c until cooked , or bbq/grill. Equally good with fish, lamb or prawns.
