Pataks Tikka Masala Curry Paste
(Coriander and Lemon) 283g.
Easy to prepare
1. In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Tikka Masala paste, add chicken and fry until sealed
3. Add tomatoes and water mix well and cover pan simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes.
Stir in cream or yoghurt and garnish with chopped coriander leaf.
Equally delicious with beef, lamb or prawns
