Spice blend for vegetables 100g

Recipe:

Bombay Potato Pav Bhaji

Boil 200g potatoes, peel and dice.

Also boil 150g mixed veg like carrots, cauliflower, peas etc.

Now in a deep pan, fry 100g of red onions (finely chopped) in 60g butter until golden. Chop 100g tomatoes and add. salt to taste, Stir in 15g pav bhaji masala. Add half a cup of water and cook the vegetables on a high heat and stir well. Mash the veg slightly while stirring while stirring for 10mins. Serve with hot roti, chapati, or pitta.
