by C/S 105g [50g drained]. Pink Sushi Ginger is also known as Mitoku and has a refreshing zesty flavour. A traditional Japanese Pickle with all natural ingredients. Great with sushi and Japanese foods try slicing in to slithers and adding to stirfires and cooking for a souring flavour.
Ingredients: Fresh ginger root, rice vinegar [water & rice], shiso [perilla] leaves, sea salt.
