Pomegranate molasses are also known as Pomegranate Syrup or Pomegranate Sauce. Made by reducing pomegranate juice into a thick, sweet/sour syrup. Try Pomegranate Syrup in sauces, casseroles, marinades, on ice cream, as a mixer or added to tea and diluted with water as a refreshing drink.
