Pre - Fluffed Easy Cook Rice

Pre fluffed Easy Cook Rice has been pre steamed to ensure the goodness is retained during cooking and so the texture is slightly firmer than original long grain rice.

Cooking Instructions:

Before cooking - for best results wash the rice thoroughly and rinse in a seive under cold running water, 250g of uncooked rice will serve 4 generous portions.

Method: put 250g rice in a large saucepan with about 1.25 litres water. return to a medium boil stir and cook uncovered for approx 15-20mins, and then drain and rinse with boiling water. after cooking if preferred season lightly and fork through a little butter/oil.
