To Prepare Fish Curry:
Ingredients: 400g fish [preferably steaks], 50ml water, 2 tsp gingelly [sesame] oil or olive oil, salt to taste. curry leaves [optional]
1] pour the entire contents of this pack in a pan
2] add 50ml water and bring to boil
3] when gravy boils, add 400g cleaned fish pieces. Add 2 tsp of gingelly oil..
4] cook the fish for 5 mins on full flame and 5 mins on low flame
5] garnish with curry leaves.
