Ingredients: onion, coconut milk, carrot, turnip, beans, peas, butter beans, ginger, garlic, green chilli, poppt seed, cashew, red chilli powder, garam masala, spices, vegetable oil, turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves.
To Prepare Vegetable Briyani:
Ingredients: 200g basmati rice, 250ml water, coriander leaves [optional], salt to taste.
1] wash and drain 1 cup [200g] of basmati rice.
2] heat 2tsp ghee or butter in a pan
3] now add contents of pack and 250ml water.
4] bring to boil and add washed rice along with quarter tsp salt
5] cover and cook for 15 min on low flame
6] make sure all water has been absorbed
7] add chopped coriander, stir and serve hot with raitha.
quantity of water may vary with type of rice used.
