Seviyan (Roasted Vermicelli)

Seviyan are light thin vermicelli, which are normally broken into pieces and used in sweet or savoury dishes.

Slender noodles ideal for a variety savoury and sweet Asian dishes. Our vermicelli noodles are made to a traditional South Asian recipe - they’re fried to get that gold crisp texture and then delivered to your doorstep new and fresh. Have them on their own by adding a bit of sweetened milk to them or add them to a savoury dish of your choice.
