Shan Fish Seasoning [mix for spicy fried fish]
Recipe: Pakistani style fried fish: Ingredients required: fish 1kg sliced/whole, garlic paste 1 and half tbsp, ghee/oil 500g for frying, shan fish one packet.
Method: 1] mix garlic and shan fish seasoning and apply on the fish marinate for 30 mins, 2] fry the fish in hot oil til light brown.
Recipe: Bengal style fish/prawn curry: Ingredients required: fish/prawns 1kg, plain yoghurt 200g, garlic paste 25g, onion half, curry leaves 15 leaves, ghee/oil 175g, shan fish one packet.
Method: fry onion in hot oil till golden add curry leaves , garlic, yoghurt, and shan fish mix - fry for few mins. 2] add fish and fry for 10 mins, stir well, add 3-4 cup water and cook on low heat till fish tender, serve with boiled rice.
Ingredients: red chilli, paprika, coriander, salt, dehydrated onion, garlic, ginger, methi leaves, cinnamon, black cumin,, carom, mace, clove, turmeric, green mango, brown cardamom, cumion, black pepper.
