Recipe Pasanda Curry - Ingredients required: beef/chicken/mutton 1kg, onion 250g sliced, garlic paste 1 tbsp, ginger paste 1 tbsp, yoghurt plain 250g, ghee/oil 175g, shan pasanda mix one packet,
Method: 1] fry the onions in hot ghee until golden, remove from oil and place on an absorbent paper, allow to cool and crush coarsely. 2] apply shan pasanda, yoghurt, fried onions, garlic, ginger onto meat and leave aside for 1-2 hrs. 3] heat ghee and add fillets along with masala and cook till meat tender, add water if necessary
