Pav Bhaji Recipe
Ingredients required: potatoes 300g, green peas 100g, tomatoes 100g, onion 100g chopped, cauliflower 100g, capsicum [green pepper] 50g, garlic 6/8 cloves, ghee 200g, shan pav bhaji mix 3 tbsp.
Method: boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, garlic, in water till tender. Coarsley mash, keep aside. On low heat melt butter and add onions, fry till transparent, add tomatoes and capsicum. fry till tomatoes soft. Add shan pav bhaji and fry, add mashed veg. Stirfry for few mins until ghee sepearates from veg.
